MBG360 Market and Creative Associate — Trial Agreement

About the Role

This is a trial opportunity with MBG360 created to identify future team members who can grow into part time or full time positions within our scanner and creative department

The trial period runs through December 31 and is unpaid. Those who complete the trial successfully will transition into a paid position beginning January 2026 starting at 25 dollars per hour with a minimum of 20 hours per week. ( Can be Negotiated )

Core Purpose The foundation of this role is the MBG360 Scanner which serves as our live research and market tracking system.

Every team member will
• Keep the scanner open between 9 AM and 4 PM EST with preparation beginning at 9 AM
• Identify and research companies that appear throughout the trading day
• Share potential opportunities for long term investment or short term trades
• Help translate those findings into insights and content for MBG360 members

Focus Areas

Each associate will work from the same scanner foundation but can choose one of three specialization tracks

Creative Track
• Create on brand graphics using Canva
• Design posts and visuals highlighting market insights
• Collaborate with the team to tell visual market stories

Community Track
• Engage and communicate with the MBG360 community
• Share scanner findings and encourage conversation inside member spaces
• Help make the platform more interactive and connected

Email Marketing Track
• Assist with Kajabi campaigns and newsletters
• Write short updates and coordinate member communications
• Track email engagement and support overall marketing flow

Perks During the Trial Period

While this is an unpaid trial participants will receive:

• A special monetary gift at the end of the program
• Free access to all MBG tools and courses excluding the Investment Club
• Hands on experience working directly with MBG360’s live market systems and creative processes

Commitment and Expectations

• Scanner must be open and monitored from 9 AM to 4 PM EST with prep beginning at 9 AM
• Small additional tasks may be assigned between scanner hours
• Consistent communication attention to detail and willingness to learn
• A passion for the stock market creativity and community engagement
