Standard Application

• Submit your application and complete a soft credit check (this will not affect your score).

• Pay the $100 application fee to cover processing and is non-refundable

• Our team will review your profile and notify you of next steps.

Expedited Application

For applicants who are ready to move forward quickly:

• Pay the $3,000 membership fee upfront (this bypasses the $100 application fee).

• Once payment is received, your membership position is locked in.

• Within 10 business days, you will receive the membership contract to review with your own legal counsel.

• You will then schedule an October onboarding date with our team to go over the agreement together.

• After one final review, you will submit your capital contribution. At that point, you are officially admitted into the club.

Refund Policy

• For expedited applicants: Your $3,000 fee secures your place.

• The fee is refundable if during our internal review and paperwork process, we identify an issue that prevents admission.

• You also have a runway period — from the date you submit the fee until your scheduled onboarding date — during which you may request a refund if you decide not to proceed.

Investment Club Terms & Operating Disclosure

Purpose
The Investment Club is a member-managed entity created to invest collectively in the stock market, share financial education, and build community through curated experiences.

Membership

• Each member contributes $10,000, pooled into the club’s brokerage account.

• Each member pays a $3,000 annual membership fee, used exclusively for administration, research, and events. This fee is separate from investment contributions and not tied to performance.

• Membership is by application and subject to approval. Current Investment Club members may not reapply.

Voting & Governance

• One member = one vote.

• All investment decisions require majority approval of members.

• While members vote on every decision, research and guidance on stock market strategies will be spearheaded by MBG360 and its founders.

• A Board of Directors oversees treasury and administrative matters but cannot override group investment decisions.

Investments & Use of Funds

• Funds are allocated only after group approval.

• Investments are executed through the club’s brokerage account, held in the name of the entity, not any individual.

• Members acknowledge that MBG360 Wealth Management services offered through Awoye Capital are separate and distinct from this club.

Distributions & Taxes

• Profits and losses are shared equally, since all members contribute the same amount.

• Members will receive appropriate tax forms (such as a Schedule K-1) annually.

• The club’s accountant will pursue tax-saving strategies where appropriate; any elections or changes require member approval.

Responsibilities of Members

• Participate in meetings and votes.

• Conduct due diligence before voting.

• Respect confidentiality of all club discussions.

• Acknowledge that investments carry risk, including potential loss of full capital.

• No returns are guaranteed. All projections are aspirational only.
